It happens again & again. At the conclusion of my visit to any given client’s home, I sense their relief & gratitude. Why are these folks so grateful?
This gratitude comes for many reasons but the most basic explanation is this: people feel so good when they get organized. They feel so liberated because they get rid of their clutter. The release of crowding brings tremendous peace to people.
My experience is that clients feel enlivened, invigorated and at peace after even one morning or afternoon of clearing. I invite you to move back to that uncomplicated, less harried reality.
One really can be returned to a more sane existence. It’s not hard. Cloud nine is right here now: it’s just behind your clutter.
You truly are entitled to experience your home as your haven once again.
Peace
This peace is our natural state. When life gets so complicated that we find ourselves using twenty different types of utensils to prepare and serve a meal, our peace may be getting squeezed out by our possessions. Buying, situating & caring for our things can create more work & stress than we bargained for.
Before the arrival of all those gifts that fill our house to capacity and before all those purchases we “couldn’t live without”, we had more SPACE. I assert that being crowded by things that you don’t love, use or need can promote feelings of irritation and confusion. An overcrowded environment is a recipe for stress.
